Stacey Riley, Director of the Center for Non-Violence, and Kyle Kish of EGH Architects, presented details regarding plans for the use of federal grant funds. The funds will be used for the expansion of the Center for Non-Violence, and the Center has requested that the County commit to a long-term lease of the property. The Board Attorney noted that a land survey will be required for the lease. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER authorizing the Board Attorney to enter into negotiations to prepare a 25-year lease agreement with the Center for Non-Violence.
