Lisa Thibodaux discussed her concerns regarding the comparison of covenants for new phases of Magnolia Walk, Harrison County, versus the covenants already in place for Magnolia Walk Phase I and Phase II. Board Attorney Tim Holleman agreed to notify D.R. Horton's attorney that future developments must comply with the Board's previous order or the developers will not be permitted to move forward with development. Eric Nolan, Zoning, agreed to obtain covenants for Phases 3 thru 5 for review, and he will confirm covenants are equal or greater of those covenants of Phase I and Phase II. (Case File #2403HC059).
