Jaclyn Turner, County Engineer, and Sarah McLellan of Covington Civil & Environmental, reported on the Bells Ferry Road Project. Ms. McLellan stated that several different crews were working on the project and that the road was briefly closed while asphalt was being removed. After reviewing the situation, project scheduling will be coordinated to ensure that roads are not closed in a way that blocks access for emergency vehicles and residents.
