Jonathan Holaday appeared before the Board to discuss his claim regarding damages to his vehicle's rear window, allegedly sustained while parked at his residence on Canal Crossing Blvd., Gulfport, Mississippi. Upon review, it was determined that Mr. Holaday had not been asked to move his vehicle out of harm's way, as is the usual practice during lawn maintenance operations. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER approving the claim of Jonathan Holaday, and authorizing payment in the amount of $403.70 based on the lower of three quotes submitted for the repair.
