ORDER concurring with Resolution 02182026-02 of the Harrison County Development Commission authorizing and approving the sale of approximately 1.00 acres of real property, as more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” to Robert Thomas and Michelle Thomas, in accordance with the Real Estate Purchase Offer attached hereto as Exhibit “B”; and to Join in the conveyance of said Real Property Pursuant to the Special Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit “C” to said Resolution, and authorizing the Board President to execute all necessary documents.
