ORDER rejecting bids for Non-Climate and Climate Controlled Record Storage Services, (Off Site Inactive Records) received January 20, 2026, based upon advice of the Board Attorney that this was a service contract not required to be bid and the bids had not been disclosed to the public, therefore the Board Attorney recommended that this be readvertised via a Request for Proposals and sent to as many potential vendors as possible which permit negotiation with the proposers for the best services available, and the Board authorized such.
