Inc. has properly fulfilled all requirements of Miss. Code Ann. § 27-31-105 for exemption from ad valorem taxes for expansion of its facility or property, used in connection with, or necessary to, the operation of its enterprise in Harrison County, Mississippi; and so advising the Harrison County Board of Supervisors.
