ORDER taking off the table the concurrence of Resolution 12122025-01 of the Harrison County Development Commission acknowledging that F.E.B. Distributing Co. Inc. has properly fulfilled all requirements of Miss. Code Ann. § 27-31-105 for exemption from ad valorem taxes for expansion of its facility or property, used in connection with, or necessary to, the operation of its enterprise in Harrison County, Mississippi; and so advising the Harrison County Board of Supervisors.
