Malcolm Jones, attorney for Mid-South Companies and the Mississippi Baptist Convention Board, reported that the Henderson Point Preservation Alliance (HPPA) is not in good standing with the Mississippi Secretary of State’s Office. Matthew Schloegel, attorney for Nancy Garziano, stated that the Alliance had completed and submitted the paperwork necessary to form the organization. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER taking under advisement the standing of the Henderson Point Preservation Alliance.
