Registration paid by HCBC and hotel fees paid by Keep Mississippi Beautiful, reimbursement for parking and per diem only. c) Darnell Nicovich, Youth Court Parent Representative, and James Smallwood, Youth Court Juvenile Public Defender, to attend the Family and Youth Defense Certification Training in Tupelo, Mississippi March 18-20, 2026. The training is hosted by Mississippi Office of State Public Defenders and is no cost to the county.
