Collin Bourgeois, discussed the letter he had sent to the Board in reference to Rural Residential Development and the Harrison County Comprehensive Plan. Eric Nolan, Director, Zoning stated the county had accepted RFP’s for a new comprehensive plan and a new contract will be presented to the Board soon.
