The Board discussed the following item: a) Tim Holleman, Legal Counsel, discussed the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Human Resources Services for Harrison County, which was awarded at the November 3, 2025 meeting. Mr. Holleman requested clarification from the Board regarding which phases should be included in the contract. He will revise the contract accordingly and present it to the Board at a future meeting.
