ORDER approving travel as listed: a) Jason Purvis, EMA Deputy to travel and attend FEMA’s L-8324 training course in Miami, Florida, from February 23-27, 2026. Travel and lodging costs are within EMA budget, and FEMA will reimburse us 50% of those costs. There are no registration costs or course fees. b) John Fluharty, County Surveyor, to attend the 2026 MAPS Annual Convention in Tupelo, Mississippi, February 4-6, 2026, to include annual membership dues, conference registration, hotel, and county vehicle.
