ORDER concurring with the Harrison County Development Commission and approving Resolution 11192025-01, ratifying, authorizing, and approving execution of that certain Second Addendum to Option and Real Estate Purchase Agreement between the Harrison County Development Commission and Gulf South Technology Center, LLC; authorizing and approving execution of that certain Third Addendum to Option and Real Estate Purchase Agreement between the Harrison County Development Commission and Gulf South Technology Center, LLC; authorizing and approving the acquisition of approximately 410 acres pursuant to that certain Option and Real Estate Purchase Agreement between the Harrison County Development Commission and Gulf South Technology Center, LLC for Industrial Development in Harrison County, Mississippi; and authorizing the Board President to sign where necessary.
