Richard Bouchard, appeared before the Board to discuss Ayden's Law. Mr. Bouchard discussed allowing Mississippi Sheriff's patrol and Highway Patrol officers access to radar, bringing Highway patrol officers up to 650 instead of the current 406, and requiring proof of insurance when registering a vehicle. After full discussion, the Board adopted a RESOLUTION of the Harrison County Board of Supervisors expressing its support for Ayden's Law and requesting the Mississippi Legislatures to ADOPT said Law during the 2026 Legislative Session.
