ORDER approving assumption of 16 street lights in the Landry Trace Subdivision Phase 1 and 2, located in Section 18, Township 7 South, Range 11 West, Supervisor's Voting District 2, First Judicial District, in accordance with the Harrison County Land Development Ordinance, as recommended by Jaclyn Turner, P.E., Harrison County Engineer. (The final plats were accepted February 6, 2023 Phase 1, and February 5, 2024 Phase 2.)
