Stephen O'Mara, MA of MS, discussed financial options for building Phase 2 of the Multi-Purpose Building on Seaway Road, Gulfport, Mississippi. The building would be roughly 19,000 square feet and house Building & Grounds, Coroner's Office and the Election Commission. Board was given three options to look over and to decide how to proceed.
