Gerald Blessey appeared before the Board to present the 3rd quarter, 2025 report on the County's sub-contracts funded under the GOMESA grant sub-award agreement between the county and MDMR for the Mississippi Sound Coalition project and to discuss the proposed Northern Gulf Estuary Protection Act of 2025 to be considered by Congress. He also presented a status report on the county's applications for grant funds to establish a research and development fund.
