ORDER adjudicating and declaring Tax Parcel No. 0605E-01-017.000 to be a blighted property and should therefore be cleaned after the expiration of 30 days from the date of this Order should the property owners fail to remove the blighted structures by removing any and all blighted structures therefore and assessing costs and penalties thereof to the property as permitted by House Bill No. 1582 (Mississippi Legislature, 2016 Regular Session).
