Melanie Davis, with Central and Pass Road Elementary School System, appeared before the Board to discuss a collaboration with the Naval Construction Battalion (NCB) for the revitalization project at the Mississippi City Cemetery. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER approving expenditure, not to exceed $15,000.00 and payable from the General Fund, to assist with the maintenance of the Mississippi City Cemetery.
