Matt McDonnell, Mississippi Coast Coliseum Commission, appeared before the Board to discuss the HVAC emergency issues with Coast Mississippi offices. Mr. McDonnell received quotes for three options to repair by replacement of piping insulation for $217,550.00; repair by replacement equivalent to existing system for $592,670.00; and repair by replacement of new system in the amount of $832,910.00. The Coliseum Commission has agreed to replace the current mini-split system with a central control unit. Mr. McDonnell is requesting the Board's help in any way possible with funding. The Board will discuss at the September 22, 2025 meeting.
