Paul F. Mickle, Ph.D., Northern Gulf Institute/Mississippi State University, appeared before the Board to request a Board Letter of Support for an EPA Grant FON: EPA-R3-GAD2025-WQ, “Innovative Solutions for Improving Water Quality and Strengthening Local Economies in the Gulf of America Watershed application to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency addressing nutrient mitigation along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. After full discussion the Board adopted an ORDER approving a Letter of Support for the EPA Grant and authorizing the Board President to execute same.
