Kaitlyn Mitchell, MSU Coastal Conservation and Research Program, appeared before the Board to discuss the collection of native seeds for research and restoration projects along the beach in Biloxi. After full discussion the Board adopted an ORDER approving MSU Coastal Conservation staff and volunteers to collect all necessary materials from the Sand Beach in Harrison County, Mississippi.
