The Board agreed it was acceptable for the Board Attorney to draft a Memorandum of Understanding or an Interlocal Governmental Cooperation Agreement between Harrison County and the City of Gulfport for the County’s utilization of Seaway Road and the application of the County’s jurisdiction, adopted ordinances, and uniform speed limits, to be addressed at a later date. The draft shall be reviewed and forwarded to the Development Commission for comment prior to being placed back on the agenda for consideration of approval to submit to the City of Gulfport.
