Dr. Richard Tilley appeared before the Board to discuss his concerns regarding the approval of the proposed Woodchase Subdivision adjacent to his property and the notification process. Dr. Tilley was advised that his concerns should first be addressed before the Planning Commission when the case is considered next month in September, as it was premature to bring the matter before the Board prior to any decision by the Planning Commission. After full discussion, no action was taken by the Board.
