Sonya Davis appeared before the Board to discuss the unsatisfactory condition of Monroe Memorial Park/Cemetery. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER requesting the Board Attorney to write a letter to the property owner and to the Secretary of State for the state of Mississippi requesting an investigation of the Monroe Memorial Park Cemetery located at the corner of Hutton Road and Canal Road in Gulfport, Mississippi, and to determine whether trustees are complying with their fiduciary duties.
