ORDER rescinding the prior Board action authorizing the Board President to request reimbursement from the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (File No. 25-1263, approved July 14, 2025) in the amount of $63,972.15 to close out Grant No. SWC-563(M2) for the annual “Bring It” Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day held November 2024, as funds remain available and closing the grant would result in loss of remaining funds.
