ORDER approving the subdivision application for Walker Farm South Subdivision, Phase 1, (28 Lots), located in Section 14, Township 6 South, Range 12 West, Supervisor's Voting District 2, First Judicial District, as recommended by Jaclyn Turner, P.E., Harrison County Engineer, as follows: a) Walker Farm South Subdivision, Phase 1, Application; b) Check No.9918, $306.00 Application Fee; c) Sketch Plat (28) Lot Layout; d) Riverbend Utilities Will Serve Letter dated October 24, 2024; e) MDEQ Approval Letter dated April 28, 2025; f) MSDH Approval Letter dated April 30, 2025; g) Harrison County Zoning Approval Letter dated February 13, 2023; h) Water and Sewer Methodology; i) Street Lengths and Widths; j) Covenants; k) Final Plat Note - The final plat shall include a note requiring soil borings beneath each proposed home to determine existing subsoil conditions; l) Individual Parcel Note - Each parcel permit shall require a soil boring beneath each proposed home to determine existing subsoil conditions and onsite inspection if any debris is found; and m) Road Improvements - Walker Farms North and South shall have the second (wear) course of asphalt installed. Curb and gutter are not required on Walker Farms South; however, ditch swales shall be constructed along both shoulders for drainage.
