Scott Niolet and Jason Benoit, Founders of Savinacious, LLC, appeared before the Board to discuss strategies and support services related to Comprehensive Disaster Grant Management and Recovery. After full discussion, no action was taken by the Board; however, it was agreed that Mr. Niolet and Mr. Benoit would meet with Matt Stratton, Director of EMA, to further discuss the County's needs in detail.
