Kimberly Joseph appeared before the Board to discuss her claim regarding damage to her vehicle’s windshield, allegedly sustained while it was parked at the District 4 Road Department Office on 34th Avenue in Gulfport. Upon review, it was determined that Ms. Joseph had not been asked to move her vehicle out of harm’s way, as is the usual practice during lawn maintenance operations. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER approving the claim and authorizing payment based on the lower of the two quotes submitted for windshield repair.
