ORDER authorizing and approving the attached lease with the Harrison County Board of Education for the purpose of installing a lift station and associated piping as part of the ARPA/MCWI project to install sewer in the area of County Farm and Landon Road. The lease will be assigned to the HCUA following construction completion and closeout of the grant for permanent operation and maintenance. Authorize the Board President to execute documents and return to Harrison County School District for further processing.
