Adrian Mitchell, Lucian Young, and Tom Carpenter, attorney for Mrs. Mitchell, appeared before the Board to discuss challenges related to qualifying for an A-1 Zoning Designation. No action was taken; however, the Board Attorney will seek an opinion from the Mississippi Attorney General regarding the potential vagueness in the definition of a farm structure.
