ORDER acknowledging receipt of and spreading upon the minutes the Certificate of Coverage issued by the Mississippi Tort Claims Board to the Harrison County Board of Supervisors, dated March 13, 2025, as required pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 11-46-17 (1972), as amended, said coverage to be effective for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
