Tim Ray, County Coordinator for the Extension Service, appeared before the Board to provide an update and discuss the classroom project involving the in-house construction of an annex to the Harrison County Extension Office located at 1481 County Farm Road, which was previously approved by the Board on August 11, 2023, but subsequently placed on hold. Following discussion, the Board agreed to obtain updated cost estimates in order to determine a project budget and assess the appropriate time to proceed. No official action was taken.
