The Sheriff reported that 773 persons are currently housed in the Harrison County Jail Facilities. This number is comprised of 211 state inmates, nine federal inmates, 65 inmates ready for transfer to a state facility, 17 juveniles at the Adult Detention Center, and 5 juveniles in the Juvenile Detention Center with all individuals being from Harrison County.
