Gayle Covington appeared before the Board to present a claim regarding damage to her vehicle’s front driver-side window, allegedly sustained while her son was traveling north on Canal Road. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER denying the claim due to insufficient evidence to establish negligence on the part of the County’s mowing operations and advised that the claim form be revised to include proof of negligence on behalf of the County in order for the claim to be reconsidered.
