ORDER authorizing and approving the remediation of damages caused by flooding in the Chancery Clerk’s Office, three Circuit Clerk courtrooms, the jury room, and adjacent hallways, all of which are declared to be emergency repairs; authorizing the issuance of a contract to Guarantee Restoration upon receipt and pending legal review; and further authorizing the County Administrator to execute said contract on behalf of the County.
