ORDER tabling the request of Circuit Clerk Justin Wetzel for consideration by the Board of Supervisors to allocate funds in excess of the statutory salary cap for calendar year 2024, in the order set forth below: a)  $8,861.92, payable toward the employer contributions amount due, as reflected on the Circuit Clerk’s 2024 Annual Financial Report to the Public Employees’ Retirement System of Mississippi (PERS).
