ORDER authorizing expenditures, as listed, as necessary to advertise and bring into favorable notice, opportunities, possibilities, and resources of Harrison County, Mississippi, including all forms of advertising, including but not limited to broadcast advertising, logo recognition on publicity collateral, other media, and all broadcast, printed material and signage along with the link displayed to Harrison County Online: <https://harrisoncountyms.gov>. All recipients are required to provide proof of advertising. These expenditures shall be payable from Account No. 002-100-522, as follows: a) $4,000.00 to The People's Station Corporation to assist with expenses associated to the 3rd Annual Juneteenth Family Fun Day, a community event that is free and open to the public, to be held in the City of Gulfport on June 21, 2025. b) $500.00 to the Gulfport Green Wave Youth Association in support of the 2025 Spring and Summer youth athletic seasons, to be used for costs associated with uniforms, equipment, travel, lodging, and tournament fees. c) $500.00 to the D'Iberville/St. Martin Chamber of Commerce in support of Business 2 Business - Hurricane Preparedness Luncheon, July 8, 2025.
