ORDER authorizing expenditures, as listed, as necessary to advertise and bring into favorable notice, opportunities, possibilities, and resources of Harrison County, Mississippi, including all forms of advertising, including but not limited to broadcast advertising, logo recognition on publicity collateral, other media, and all broadcast, printed material and signage along with the link displayed to Harrison County Online: <https://harrisoncountyms.gov>. All Recipients are required to provide proof of advertising. These expenditures shall be payable from Account No. 002-100-522, as follows: a) $1,000.00 to Gulf Coast Outreach and Leadership in support of the 2025 Distinguished Debonair Ball, to be held on June 27, 2025, at the Great Southern Club, located atop the Hancock Bank building in Gulfport, Mississippi. All proceeds from the event shall benefit the League of Distinguished Gentlemen, a youth mentoring and scholarship initiative serving the local community. b) $750.00 to the Mississippi Lady Cardinals, a local community-based basketball team for youth girls of all ages, to assist in the purchase of the equipment, supplies, and uniforms for the 2025 basketball season. c) $750.00 to True Deliverance Outreach Ministries in support of hosting their Annual Men and Women Outreach Event, June 25-28, 2025.
