ORDER authorizing compromise and settlement of property damage claims in the amount of $3,374.84 to Progressive/Mountain Laurel Assurance Co. from the Tort Account arising from an accident involving the IT Department at the intersection of Highway 90 and Beauvoir on October 24, 2024, as recommended by the County’s Adjuster and Board Attorney. The County’s Adjuster will obtain all necessary releases prior to release of any settlement proceeds.
