The Sheriff reported that 792 persons are currently housed in the Harrison County Jail Facilities. This number is comprised of 171 state inmates, 10 federal inmates, 68 inmates ready for transfer to a state facility, 19 juveniles at the Adult Detention Center, and 18 juveniles in the Juvenile Detention from Harrison County with 17 being from Harrison County and 1 from Hancock County.
