After discussion, the Board exited Closed Session at 10:02 a.m., and upon motion in open meeting the Board voted to go into Executive Session, pursuant to the terms of Miss. Code Ann. § 25-41-7 (1972), as amended, for discussion of potential litigation regarding the Harrison County Fairgrounds.
