Eric Nolan, Zoning Administrator, reported that cleanup has not been completed at the menace property located at 5316 Cronier Avenue (Tax Parcel No. 0411I-01-011.000), owned by Loise Carter Lassabe, and recommended that the Board authorize the County to initiate cleanup and impose a lien for all associated costs pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. §19-5-105.
