The Sheriff reported that a total of 783 individuals are currently housed in the Harrison County Jail Facilities. This total includes 82 misdemeanor offenders, 176 state inmates, 7 federal inmates, 57 inmates ready for transfer to a state facility, 17 juveniles at the Adult Detention Center, and 17 juveniles in the Juvenile Detention from Harrison County, all of which are from Harrison County.
