ORDER acknowledging that the attached Letter of Credit tendered by BLOXX BUILDING, LLC as security for potential damage to the public roadways by its project, has expired and no damages have occurred to Kellogg Road after inspection by the County Engineer and Road Manager. No further assurances or inspections are expected related to this project and the developer is hereby released from this requirement; however, should the company’s actions cause damage to public roads in the future, they will be notified and required to have repairs completed.
