Eric Nolan, Zoning Administrator, reported to the Board that cleanup efforts at the menace property owned by Loise Carter Lassabe, located at 5316 Cronier Avenue, Long Beach, Mississippi 39560, and identified as Tax Parcel No. 1411I-01-011.000, are progressing. However, the property owner requires additional time to complete the remediation. Following full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER granting the property owner an additional thirty (30) days to complete the cleanup. Should the property not be brought into compliance within that time frame, Harrison County shall proceed with the necessary cleanup and assess the associated costs to the property owner.
