ORDER concurring with and approving the Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission acknowledging that Keith Huber Corporation has properly fulfilled all requirements of Miss. Code Annotated Section 27-31-105 for exemption from ad valorem taxes for expansion of its facility or property, used in connection with, or necessary to, the operation of its enterprise In Harrison County, Mississippi, so advising the Harrison County Board of Supervisors, and recommending approval of Keith Huber Corporation’s remaining five-year tax exemption.
