ORDER concurring with and approving the Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission authorizing and approving the execution of a notice of termination of land restriction attached hereto as Exhibit “A” for property located in the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; and requesting the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to concur in this Resolution and to join in the execution of such notice of termination of land restriction.
