The Sheriff reported that 816 persons are currently housed in the Harrison County Jail Facilities. This number is comprised of 154 state inmates, 7 federal inmates, 42 inmates ready for transfer to a state facility, 20 juveniles at the Adult Detention Center, and 8 juveniles in the Juvenile Detention from Harrison County.
