ORDER concurring with and approving a Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission for the sale of approximately 5.04 acres of real property, as more particularly described in Exhibit “A”, to Metal Properties, LLC., in accordance with the real estate purchase offer attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and having a purchase price of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and no/100 dollars ($250,000); and requesting the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to concur in the Resolution and to join in the conveyance of said real property pursuant to a Special Warranty Deed in substantial conformity with Exhibit “C”.
